- Voice narrations generated via licensed TTS APIs (including ElevenLabs, Play.ht, and local TTS models) — all rights retained for educational use.

- Nature and ambient footage from Pexels, Coverr, and Videvo (royalty-free, CC0).
- Original 4K footage captured by eMINDy team for cinematic mindfulness sequences.
